Refunds and In Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Porterie Boutique.
